– Milder, rounder acidity due to slower heat transfer
– Full-bodied, often with slightly sweet, nutty, and chocolatey notes
– No smoke or "smoky flavors" because the beans are only indirectly heated
– Very even roasting due to consistently burning hardwood

2. Beechwood as Fuel
– High calorific value, even heat
– Little sparking, clean combustion
– Often used in traditional Venetian and old Italian craftsmanship

As the name suggests, the portafilter coffee machine creates an exceptionally strong crema (coffee foam). For all other preparation methods, a harmonious, strong coffee is produced.

For this coffee, the origin of the coffee beans is very important. The name 'Crema' lives up to our strict selection criteria for this coffee, and roasting with beech wood also makes this coffee unique.
