Tip: Freshly roasted coffee beans give off a little carbon dioxide, which is why you should let them off-gas for at least 48 hours after roasting. The BEEM COFFEE CAN with a valve is ideal for this, as it protects the coffee beans from oxygen while the carbon dioxide produced can escape through the valve.
